4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FT Game Studios does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FT Game Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data (including game progress or virtual items).

5. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

  • Our games may include virtual currency or virtual items. These items have no “real world” value and cannot be redeemed for real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by the terms of the platform provider (Apple or Google).

6. Termination

  • FT Game Studios reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
